| Description | The following deeds relate to properties on the north side of Dolday. Originally they were the property of Worcester Corporation but were enfranchised in 1870s - 80s and subsequently purchased by Worcester City for slum clearance.
Bundle 1 (11 documents) - Assignment of leases, leases, abstract of title, covenant, sales particulars, application for an official search, and conveyances concerning properties in Dolday. AIso includes a list of deeds and documents which relates to no. 36 Dolday and court 2-5 Dolday. Sale particular with plan 1881, item no. 7, includes Newport Street, the Esplanade Spring Gardens, Clapgate and Bank Street, scale 6 inches to 1 foot. conveyance 1881, item no. 8, includes plan scale 6 inches to 1 foot.
