Parties (1) Corporation of Worcester; and (2) Nethwray Smith of Powick, gent. Lease of lands of Powick [further described] and the right to a seat in the chancel of Powick church. Rent for 41 years at £41 13s 4d per annum.

Recites surrender of lease by William Riley. Lease of land in Powick and tithes for 21 years at £140 per annum.

Parties (1) Trustees of Nash's Charity; and (2) Reverend James Gyles, assignee of John Nicholls. Lease of land in Powick for 21 years, 1s per annum for the first 16 years, then £21 per annum for the remainder of the term.
