2. (?same) freehold messuage, out offices, buildings, yard and premises bounded on north by Bridge Place.

3.(?same as 2) messuage, outbuildings, garden, coal yard plus garden ground plus 2 newly built messuages on part of said ground, plus meadow ground, part of which was converted into 3 gardens, and another part converted to form part of [? coal] yard, bounded on south by the Kings Highway, a New Road, on east by road leading to Hylton Lane.

Parties include: Joseph Berwick of Worcester City, esquire, Edward Elt of Worcester City, carpenter, and Joyce, his wife, John Dickens of Stourport, mariner, John Bonaker of The Tything [now Worcester City], gentleman, other members of Elt family, Charles Bedford of Worcester City, gentleman, John Rowlands of Worcester City, gentleman, Rev Samuel Ramsden Roe, of Grafton Manor House and other members of the Roe family, Rev John Ellis of Wootten Wawen, Warks, John France of Worcester City, gentleman.
