The certificate (1905) mentions: house and garden in Hylton Road let to Misses Grove; house, sawmills, sheds and timber yard in Hylton Road; timber yard adjacent; house called Cheltenham House and cottage adjacent known as nos 1 and 2 Hylton Road; garden and buildings in Hylton Road adjacent to the first 3 premises in occupation Misses Grove; yard in Hylton Road formerly an old sawmill and premises in Ombersley Road and Perdiswell Street, Worcester City.

The abstracted tenancy agreement from Worcester City Council to Bourne and Grove relates to North Bridge tollhouse and yard at Bridge Place.

Parties include: Dean and Chapter of Worcester Cathedral, Rev William Edward Rowlands, formerly of Worcester City, then of Colombo, Ceylon (Sri Lanka), William Temple Bourne and George Grove of Worcester City, timber merchants.
