freehold dwelling house, garden and road on north side thereof, described as land lately purchased from Bridge Commissioners containing 23 perches, with sheds, workshops and buildings thereon.
Both of these properties later described as new built messuage or dwelling house with outbuildings, garden, coalyard (part leasehold ?) and appurtenances in Worcester St Clement, with other premises on western side of the Causeway.
