4 messuages in Worcester St Clement in and also parcel of garden ground behind said messuages, bounded on front or south east by street called Cripplegate; and also parcel of garden ground, with messuage, bounded on front or south east by Cripplegate; all of which comprise area of 1472 square yards and were in possession of John Russell or undertenants, and were formerly described as 3 copyhold messuages, (one in occupation of Thomas Reeves), 2 gardens and one close called Tybridge Close held under manor of Guestenhall; then (1862) as piece of land in Cripplegate of 10 1/2 perches used as coal yard bounded on south east by Cripplegate; plus other parcel of land in Cripplegate of 1 rood 8 1/2 perches , bounded on north and north east by foot road called Church Walk, on south east by Cripplegate, together with all those 17 tenements erected on last mentioned piece of land with appurtenances.
