DescriptionAssignments, accounts, notice and conditions of sale, copy release, deed of enfranchisement, mortgage and schedule of title deeds relating to twelve freehold houses in Tybridge Street, formerly two leasehold messuages, garden and appurtenances (formerly one messuage and at other times three dwellings), one of which was at some time (c1807 onwards) known as The Rising Sun public house, belonging to the Dean and Chapter of Worcester Cathedral and copyhold property comprising one cottage and one garden (later five, then six tenements) in Cripplegate lying to the south west of the Rising Sun public house.

Parties involved include: (1807)Thomas Cosnight of Worcester, glover, John Sandford of Claines, bricklayer, William Evans of Worcester St Clement, victualler (later gentleman; (1859) Henry Evans of Hallow, tailor (later of Worcester, innkeeper); Ezekiel Gummery of Henwick, Worcester, gentleman, William Walters of Kilburn [now in London], Inspector of Mails, John Grisman of The Tything [now Worcester City], builder; Wiliam Lewis of Worcester St Clement,yeoman, John Suckling of Birmingham, printer; Ann Bowen of Ombersley, widow; and other mortgagees.
