a leasehold messuage in Cripplegate, extending southward from the street to Kitcheners Close, later known as one freehold messuage and two small tenements with garden and backside, bounded on north by Cripplegate, on which later 8 tenements were built and sold to William Wood; and to 2 of these tenements (one old tenement divide into 2) resold by Wood to Williams with brewhouse projecting, and the adjoining freehold dwelling house with yard, garden, dyeing house, mixen house etc (3 mess with ground behind) [a dwelling house, yard, garden, dyeing house, mixen house and two messuages (these are the 2 of the 8 in BA 9360/CAB11/9/1-13 which were resold) with brewhouse or shed projecting from one, fronting the road.
