a brewhouse, malthouse, stables, yard, wharf, limekiln, limehouse, outbuildings and other appurtenances in Worcester St Clement, bounded on east by River Severn, on west by highway leading from Worcester City called Hinton Lane; plus 5 messuages and appurtenances in Cold Comfort in St Clement bounded on north by foot road leading from Tybridge Causeway to Henwick; plus 2 messuages in Cripplegate at south west end of certain premises of William Stephens, called Tybridge Place and ground at the back at south east and south west end of said 2 messuages plus buildings thereon, bounded on north west or front by road to St Johns; plus messuage divided into 2 dwellings in Cripplegate bounded on the north by the road to St Johns, but later better known as six freehold dwelling houses with brewhouse, yards, wash houses and garden ground situated at Tybridge Place and a piece of freehold land lying at the extreme back of said houses (783 sq yds); and a piece of freehold land lying at the back of said houses but closer than the first piece and adjoining to it (538 sq yds); plus 4 messuages in Cripplegate, now converted into stabling, coachhouse, warehouse, plus piece of garden ground behind bounded on front or south east by Cripplegate; plus parcel of land or garden in Worcester St Clement with messuage thereon bounded on front or south east by Cripplegate; plus land at Sherborne Terrace and elsewhere in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire.

Parties include: John Russell of Worcester City, iron master, George Jones, late of Graisley in Wolverhampton, now of Wombourne, both Staffs, coal and iron master; John Barker of Wolverhampton, Staffs, his co partner, coal and iron master; Thomas Brown of Blaina in Aberystruth, Monmouth, iron master and co partner with John Russell.
