1 - Undated, later [18th century?] endorsement of 27 Edw I [1298]. Parties (1) William Rocolf and Walter Quoynterel or Quorntel, bailiffs, and the community of Worcester; and (2) Thomas Apwynne, fellow citizen. Gift of a shop between the shop of Nicholas de Stadleye and the shop of Stephen le Lox, smith, next to the Guild Hall. Witnesses: Walter de Beauchamp, William le Poer, Henry de Ribbesford, Peter of the Saltmarsh, Roger Corbet and Geoffrey de Abetot, Thomas de Peyrie and others.
2 - Tuesday, the Feast of St Philip and St James, 12 Edw II [1 May 1319]. Parties (1) Robert of Humeltone, citizen of Worcester; and (2) Richard Crumpe, citizen of Worcester. Gifts of all that shop (formerly of Richard le Mercer) in the High Street, Worcester, between the shops of John le Mercer (son and heir of the said Richard) at Water le Tippare, extending to the Guildhall. Witnesses: William Rocult junior and William de Hodyntone, bailiffs; Richard le Belyetare; William Carrectario; John Salby, clerk; John le Hierde.
3 - Wednesday after the Feast of St Ambrose, 24 Edw III [7 April 1350]. Parties (1) John son of Margery of Stodeleyne, formerly daughter of Nicholas de Stodeley, draper, and; (2) Philip Barchelt, smith, and the citizens of Worcester. Gift of all that shop lying between the tenement of William Carter and the shop of Simon Idoche in the High Street, Worcester, extending to the Guild Hall. Rent of 10s per annum. 4 - Thursday after the Ascension of the Blessed Virgin Mary, 1 Richard II [20 Aug 1377]. Parties (1) Cecilie de Powyk and; (2) John Brndeslye of Worcester. Quitclaim of (1) in her pure widowhood of all her right in a shop between the shops of John Harford and John Neuman in the High Street, extending to the Guild Hall. Witnesses: Thomas Lychefelds and Robert Steven, bailiffs; Richard atte Hey; Richard Handford; William Alyncerte; John Lynne, clerk.
5 - Thursday after the Feast of St Michael, 10 Henry IV [4 Oct 1408]. Parties (1) John Breodun and William Belchamp, bailiffs of Worcester, with aldermen and citizens [named]; and (2) William Broughton and John Mulle, citizens of Worcester. Gift of a shop with the solar in the High Street between the shops of John Lechlowe and William Warde, extending to the Guildhall.

Parties (1) John Breodun and William Belchamp, bailiffs of Worcester, with aldermen and citizens [named]; and (2) William Warde and Agnes his wife. Gift of a shop with the solar over in the High Street between the shops of William Belchamp and William Boughton and John Mulle. With 2 seals (of Warde and his wife?).

9 - 1 May 12 Henry IV [1411]. Parties (1) William Belchamp of Worcester; and (2) Richard Tuffe, walker. Gifts of 2 shops, with solar built over on the High Street in Worcester between the entrance to the Guildhall and a shop of William Brugge, extending from the street to the Guildhall. Witnesses: William Pygar and Hugh Sampton, bailiffs; John Mally [?]; John Bredon; Richard Osaney.
10 - 6 August 2 Henry V [1414]. Parties (1) Richard Tuffe, walker of Worcester; and (2) Thomas Cook, butcher, and Joan his wife. Gift of 2 shops with solar over in the High Street of Worcester, between the entrace to the Guildhall and the shop of William Brugge, now in the occupation of William Belcham. Witnesses: Richard Norton and John Frewyn, bailiffs; John Beton; Walter Stevens; and Richard Oseney.
11 - Monday after the Corpus Christi 6 Henry V [26 May 1418]. Parties (1) John Wode, bailiff of Worcester, with aldermen [named]; and (2) William Warde, bailiff. Lease of the Cokenrewe [?] and 'omni finibus mercatorum de rebus venalibus infra le yeld hall' and newly built shops in the High Street.
12 - Tuesday next before the Feast of St James the Apostle 3 Henry VI [29 July 1425]. Parties (1) Richard Oseney; and (2) John Stodley, citizen of Worcester, and Joan his wife. Demise of that shop with the solar built over on the High Street, 'the Brochery', between shops of Richard Ruyhale and William Borghton, extending from the street to the gaol[giale]. Witnesses: Robert Beln, one of the bailiffs; Richard Colewyte; Richard Calyon; Walter Stevens; and Henry Kardemaker.
13 - Will of John Stodeley, fishmonger of the city of Worcester dated 21 Oct 1439, proved 16 December 1439. Body to be buried in Worcester Cathedral cemetery, bequests to St Alban's and the high altar of St Helen's. His tenement in the High Street, next to the Guildhall, Worcester, to be sold to meet his debts. Also property in [Corveserstrete?]. His son John to have the tenement next to the tenement of William Pullesdon, which he got through his late wife Joan, daughter of Richard Colewyke.
14 - 4 February 14 Ed IV [1475]. Parties (1) Richard Banham of Worcester, fishmonger; and (2) Master William Vance, clerk. Gift of 2 shops with the solars over (recently owned by William Belcham) in the High Street, Worcester, between the entrance to the Guildhall at the shop of William Brugge. Witnesses: William Joly and Thomas Sybly, bailiff; John Colman; John Asshley; John Hampton.
15 - 4 February 14 Edward IV [1475]. Parties (1) Richard Banham of Worcester, fishmonger; and (2) Master William Vance, clerk. Gift of 2 shops with the solars over in the High Street, Worcester, between the entrance to the Guildhall and a shop of William Brugge, extending to the Guildhall, formerly the property of William Belgeam which (1) had by the gift of Richard Pryour, fletcher, in the city of Worcester, and Isabel his wife, who was daughter and heir of Richard Galyan, fishmonger, and Joan his wife, and the executor of the will of Richard Galyan. 16 - 2 April 1490. Will of Elizabeth Syblys, widow of Thomas Syblys of the City of Worcester. Refers to property in the High Street bequeaths to the Dean and Chapter of Westbury College, Bristol and land in Foregate Street.
17 - Wednesday after the Feast of St Michael 7 Henry VII [5 October 1491]. Parties (1) William Joly, citizen of Worcester and Alice his wife; and (2) John Payne, William Lawe, Thomas Grene and Thomas Radnor, citizen of Worcester. Demise of a shop with the chamber over in the High Street next to the Guildhall between the lands of John Asshley to the north and Thomas Lygon to the south. Witnesses: John Malpas and William Hamberg, bailiffs; Richard More; John Jones; Henry Overton; John Wyn; William Boden.

19 - 3 July 23 Eliz I [1581]. Parties (1) John Bradshawe of Worcester, cordwainer and Elizabeth his wife; and (2) Richard Dedicote of Worcester, clothier. Confirmation of a bargain and sale of a messuage in the High Street, Worcester, between the tenement of Richard Jervice on the north and the Guildhalkl on the south [further described].
20 - 4 July 23 Elizabeth [1581]. Parties (1) John Bradshawe of Worcester, cordwainer and Elizabeth his wife; and (2) Richard Dedicote of Worcester, clothier. Quitclaim (1) to (2) of a messuage in the High Street, Worcester, 53 ft long and 20 ft wide, now in the tenure of Lewis Cartwright alias Harper between the tenements of Richard Jervice (in the occupation of Robert Ledyngton) on the north, and to the Guildhall and its garden to the south.
21 - 14 September 36 Eliz I [1593] Parties (1) Edward Dedicott of Worcester, weaver; and (2) William Dedicott of Worcester, clothier. Quitclaim of all right to a messuage in the occupation of Robert Wright in the High Street between the tenement of Francis Brace, esq, aqnd the Tolsey or Toleshoppe and Town Hall.
