Partition and division of premises on Nylder [Needler] Street or [Ballam's Fyne] in the parish of St Helen, including a house known as 'the greate newe house] and a room and a bread shop and an old house with a cellar or Tavern now in the occupation of party (1).
3 - 28 March 2 Chas I [1626]. Parties (1) Richard Yate of Worcester, cooper and (2) William Taylor of Cropthorne, clerk, and John Smith of Cropthorne, yeoman. Bargain and sale of premises in Nilder alias Needler Street [Pump Street].
4 - 1 June 3 Anne [1704]. Parties (1) Elizabeth Yate, widow of James Yate, mercer, and Richard Yate of St Martin in the Field, Middlesex, gentleman and eldest son, and (2) Edmund Whitehead of St Andrew's, Holborn, London, and (3) Robert Walter of St Dustan's in the East, Middlesex. Deed to make a tenant to the precipe to suffer a recovery relating to a messuage in Needler Street alias Pump Street.
