Item no. 7 is particulars of sale relating to the Old Severn Trow Inn (1911). Item no. 18 is a plan of the house and premises of Mr J Pardoe purchased by Jonathan Pearkes. This is likely to be in Quay Street but is not labelled as such. Item no.8 is an abstract of Title which was labelled as being 'from Deed packet relating to 14 Quay Street'.
