1 - Order annexing the College Precincts to the Worcester Union

2 - Copy draft agreement as to reception by the Rural Sanitary Authority of Kings Norton into their Hospital of Persons suffering from Infectious Disease in the District of the Bromsgrove Rural Sanitary Authority, 1893, between the two Rural Sanitary Authorities.

3 - Lunatic Asylum Water Supply. Approval of Local Government Board to exchange land. With plan of land to be disposed of. Dated 1898.

4 - Copy draft deed of exchange and grant of wayleave and covenants between the Right Honorable William, Earl Beauchamp, and the County Council of Worcester and Others, with a plan showing the proposed alteration in line of supply pipe to reservoir dated 1900.

5 - Copy draft agreement as to uniting for Lunatic Asylum purposes between the Mayor, Aldermen and Burgesses of the City of Worcester with Worcestershire County Council, 1908. Heavily annotated inside and with cover annotations regarding settlement.

6 - Powick Lunatic Asylum Case for the opinion of Counsel, 1908, regarding the unification of the two local authorities for Lunatic Asylum purposes and the impact of Worcestershire County Council having built another asylum, Barnsley Hall.

7 and 8 - Opinion on a draft agreement between the City and County Councils, and Instructions to Counsel to settle, agreement between the City and County Councils. Both dated 1908, are annotated and refer to the effect on Powick Asylum of the County's construction of a second asylum, Barnsley Hall.

9 and 10 - One very rough draft and one rough draft of an Agreement as to Payment of fixed sums for City Lunatics, 1909, between the City and County Councils. The very rough draft is written on the back of a memoranda from the Board of Agriculture and Fisheries.
