Description	Rough notes of what appear to be minutes of meetings held in 1825 concerning orders made for the new gaol (appointment of chaplain and matron, amount of gaol rates, drawing up of regulations etc) written on the reverse of a poster publicising a 1785 by-law forbidding non-freemen from trading in the City. Torn in two pieces.
