Includes details of the rack rents and chief rents due; casual receipts; fines received; heriots received; allowances made for tenants (for such things as land tax, repairs carried out, payment of wages, payment of levies and for work carried out on the lands); annuities; casual disbursements; repaires; arrears in rent and payments to charities. In March 1758 Thomas Harbutt takes over the accounts, followed by Joseph Hurdman in September 1758; followed by Thomas Hurdman in March 1770.
