Also includes disbursements in respect of income tax, land tax, general rates, sporting rates, water rates, tithes and other rents, permanent improvements, repairs, roads, gates and fences, work in woods, drains, insurance, audit expenses, agent's salary, miscellaneous payments and Hagley Hall and Park. |
