Also includes disbursements in respect of income tax, land tax, general rates, sporting rates, water rates, tithes and other rents, permanent improvements, repairs and renewal work by contractors, roads, gates and fences, work in woods, drains, insurance, agent's salary, miscellaneous payments, war damage insurance and Hagley Hall.
