Includes an engraving entitled 'A View in the Elysian Fields from the Spring of Helicon in the gardens of Earl Temple at Stow in Buckinghamshire', original engraving was by George Bickham c1750, a description of Hagley Hall from the Universal Magazine April 1783, an engraving of Sir Thomas Lyttelton by T Treller from an original picture at Temple Hall published 1792, an engraving of R Blome's map of Buckinghamshire with its hundreds dedicated to the Earl of Bridgewater originally published in 1673 and a drawing of a tazza on griffins and tripod [in Stowe Park].

The cuttings and documents have been mounted on a series of sheets of paper which seem to have become separated and muddled over the years and it is now unclear what their original order was. Some pages have been annotated with dates. Some cuttings have come loose from their papers.
