Item 15 is from W Barneby who may be William Barneby of Bockleton who served as High Sheriff of Worcestershire in 1605 and was married to Amphylis daughter of Sir John Lyttelton.

It seems that some of the sent letters may be drafts or copies. One letter for instance is endorsed 'This bundle is transcribed by me Ch Lyttelton Nov 14 1750'.
