Matters discussed include receipts and bills; various rates and audits; accounts and finances; leases, maintenance, repair and improvements to corporation land, property and infrastructure; resignation, appointment and salaries of council employees, council members and officers; members and duties of the sub-committees; addresses and petitions; loans; aid for foreign disasters; Worcester Cathedral School and the Charity Commission; mains water and sewerage; Worcester tramways; tarmacing of roads; Queen's Jubilee celebrations; removal of a body from Ashwood cemetery; price of gas; proposed Victoria Institute; national refuge harbours; police premises and clothing; Liverpool water supply; messages of condolence; proposed construction of canals; price of gas; annual tramway, petroleum storage, Hackney carriage etc licensing; superannuation; proposed canal construction; acquisition of land at Pitchcroft; corporation loans; discussion and impact of various pieces of national legislation; augmentation of bye-laws; extension of Worcester railways; providing work for the unemployed; telephones; amalgamation of Royal Free Grammar and Cathedral Schools.

Those proposing or seconding motions are named. Letters received that are discussed at the meetings are copied out in full. Spine is labelled '22'. Cover is torn in places although the binding is secure.
