Other matters discussed include selecting Worcester's Parliamentary representatives; admittance (and disenfranchisement) of freemen; surveys, maintenance, leases and encroachments (purprestures) of municipal land, thoroughfares and property; taxes, loans and payments made by and to the city; prisons; public health and safety; regulation of trade and markets; the prison; care of orphans and the poor. The lists of names, positions and attendance of the 24 and 48 are upside down in the back of the book.
