1 - Ordinance for the Better Regulation of the Bailiffs and the Rendering of their Accounts dated 1392. Latin. Pendant seal missing.

2 - Grant regarding the assignment of houses and lands by churchwardens of St Swithin dated 1454. Latin. Pendant seal, the only known extant seal of the Worcester Bailiffs, good condition but glued on at a later date, showing the castle tower and portcullis. With a note from J Noake dated October 1891, on the back of an invitation, about the seal of the Bailiffs of Worcester.

3 - Grant of the Lords Spiritual and Temporal of the tenth of their Estates for assisting the King in his Wars, dated 1472. In English. Pendant seal missing except for a small part showing the king's head. Attached is a commission in Latin. With later copy, numbered seventeen, probably dating from the eighteenth or nineteenth century. This grant has been mis-attributed to 1284, ie the reign of Edward I.

4 - License of alienation granted to the Priories of Worcester, Malvern and the Blessed Mary Worcester and to John Lord de Beauchamp of land adjacent to the Manse of the Prior and Brethren of the Order of Preachers, Worcester. 33 Henry VI, 17 May 1455. With later translation, numbered five. Pendant seal attached, almost complete except for some damage to the inscription on the edge.
5 - Copy Grant from Record in the Rolls Chapel by King Edward the 6th of the Estates of the late dissolved Priory of Worcester to Peter Wainwright and Robert Cattlyn of the Chapel and Advowson of Dodderhill and also 4 Bullasies of Salt Water Estates in Droitwich district. Undated but eighteenth to nineteenth century. Labelled number 9.

6 - Grant by the Bailiffs of Worcester of part of the Stone Wall and land in the City to the Prior of the Friars Preachers Worcester, 6 Henry IV, 1405. Latin. Pendant seal, top and bottom damaged. With undated English translation.

7 - Agreement between the Prior & Convent of the Monastery & Cathedral Church of our Lady Worcester & the Corporation respecting the carrying of Maces in the Cathedral and St Johns, 1 Edward IV,1462. Mis-attributed to 1273, ie Edward I. Pendant seal missing except for the small amount attached to the parchment pendant.

8 - Copy entry on the Rolls...of the Grant dated 9th December 31st Henry 8th of property formerly belonging to the Black Friars and Grey Friars in the City of Worcester.

10 - Typed, 20th century schedule of documents from the 14th to 17th century, mostly deeds etc with the monarchy and clery as parties, but some involving the Corporation of Worcester and property in the High Street, Foregate Street etc
