DescriptionThe Committee's purpose was to watch over the interests of the City with regard to legislation affecting local or municipal government, the railways, Pitchcroft, leisure and recreation facilities, and any other matters that did not fall into the remit of the other committees. Meetings of the parent committee were held monthly. There is a gap in the minutes between 1934 - 1937.
