DescriptionTyped minutes of the committee. The Public Traffic Committee was the successor to the Corporation Bill Committee. It's remit was to oversee the public transport, primarily buses and trams, both within the city and routes further afield. Matters discussed include: accounts actual and proposed routes; fares including special rates; complaints; agreements and bylaws; provision of shelters, stands, station etc; licenses; and traffic arrangements for the Royal visit in 1932.

Minutes for 1940 - 1945 are bound into the Watch & Lighting Committee minutes 1941 - 1947 (496.5 BA11241/E5/Box 4/2).
