With inserted bound pages of Engine Committee minutes for 1848 and 1849.

At the back of the volume are the minutes of the Lamp Committee dated 1840 to 1845, mostly concerned with the provision of public street lighting, with a copy of the Agreement concerning the lighting and water supply to Worcester.
