There is an alphabetical index in the front of the volume. The volume contains minutes and reports from all officers and committees, permanent and temporary, covering finances, improvements, trade, navigation, public health, education, welfare, laws, property, utilities, services, employment etc.

Volume 1 covers 1887-88.
Volume 2 covers 188-89, and the fore-edges of the pages annotated with 'Ed Rigg'.

Spines missing and covers loose; could benefit from conservation work.
