The volume contains minutes and reports from all officers and committees, permanent and temporary, covering finances, improvements, education, welfare, trade, navigation, public health, laws, utilities, property, services, employment etc.

Volume 32 covers 1916-1917.
Volume 33 covers 1917 - 1918.

Covers damaged; could benefit from minor conservation work.
