There is an alphabetical index in the front of the volume. The volume contains minutes and reports from all officers and committees, permanent and temporary, covering finances, improvements, trade, education, welfare, navigation, public health, laws, utilities, property, services, employment etc. Fore-edges of the pages stamped or annotated by the Town Clerk.

Volume 15 covers 1901-1902.
Volume 16 covers 1902 - 1903.

Spines loose and covers damaged; would benefit from conservation work.
