Written description of properties and their value with details of lease (some of which predate 1662 by several decades) arranged by ward, including some charities and in wards outside the City. Separate list, also by wards, of purprestures and the fines imposed for such. Many entries crossed out but still legible. Towards the back of the volume are brief entries recording leases made between about 1714 and 1722

Parchment covers are loose. With a typed itinerary of the visit of the Prince of Wales to Worcester in 1932 to open the New Bridge crossing the River Severn.
