Description1 - Schedule of deeds delivered by the Treasurer of the Trustees, 27 September 1894.

Parties: (1) Lord Bishop of Worcester and (2) Revered William Lloyd Baker and others, surviving lessee in trust. Lease for lives of a moiety or half file of the site of the manor of Aston Episcipi [White Ladies Aston] [further described]. Rent £1 6s 8d.

Parties: (1) Feoffees of Bishop Loyd's charity lands, and (2) William Roberts. Counterpart lease for 21 years of the fee farm of White Ladies Aston, comprising 86 acres and 37 perches in the 'recent inclosure'. Rent £80 pa with £20 for each extra acre ploughed.

Parties: (1) Lord Bishop of Worcester, and (2) Thomas Lloyd Baker and another. Lease for lives of property in document 2. Rent £1 6s 8d.

Parties: (1) Ecclesiastical Commissioners and (2) William Lloyd Baker and another. Grant of reversion of 87 acres 3 roods 12 perches of land and cottages at White Ladies Aston. Consideration £660. With plan (scale 6 chains to 1 inch) and schedule.

12 - 1 June 1868
Parties: (1) Thomas Lloyd Baker and (2) John Lloyd Wharton and others. Appointment of new Trustees of Bishop Lloyd's Charity Schools farm at White Ladies Aston.

13 - 1 June 1868
Parties: (1) Thomas Lloyd Baker and (2) John Lloyd Wharton and others. Appointment of new Trustees to School house in the Trinity, Worcester.

14 - 22 December 1923
Parties: (1) Trustees of Worcester Consolodated Municipal Charities and (2) Corporation of Worcester. Draft of conveyance of land at the corner of Queen Street and the Trinity in Worcester. Consideration £400. With plan (scale 13.88 feet to 1 inch).
