Parties: (1) Lord Bishop of Worcester and (2) Revered William Lloyd Baker and others, surviving lessee in trust. Lease for lives of a moiety or half file of the site of the manor of Aston Episcipi [White Ladies Aston] [further described]. Rent £1 6s 8d.

Parties: (1) Feoffees of Bishop Loyd's charity lands, and (2) William Roberts. Counterpart lease for 21 years of the fee farm of White Ladies Aston, comprising 86 acres and 37 perches in the 'recent inclosure'. Rent £80 pa with £20 for each extra acre ploughed.
