Originally tied together with a torn label fashioned out of an old entry ticket to Madresfield Court, annotated '21 2 S5 Buying of House in Silver St'.

1. Copy draft contract for the sale of the Constitutional Club between the Constitutional Club Company Limited and the Mayor, Aldermen and Burgesses of the City of Worcester dated March 1905

2. Draft agreement between Matthew Dixon the Commanding Officer of the 2nd Volunteer Battalion of the Worcestershire Regiment and the Corporation of Worcester dated March 1905.

3. Contract between the Constitutional Club Company Limited and the Mayor, Aldermen and Burgesses of the City of Worcester dated March 1905. With plan.

4. Duplicate notice for repairs, Rifle Volunteers Head Quarters the Commanding Officers, dated [18]99. The ink has bled through and is almost illegible.

6. Rifle Volunteers Head Quarters St Nicholas Street. Survey Report by Mr Rowe dated 1904.

7. Treated linen plan, scale 20ft to 1 inch, of the Consitutional Club and neighbouring buildings. Stamped by the City Engineer's Department, 1905.

8. Draft Regulations on Title dated 1905, comments and questions by the Town Clerk.

9. Copy letter containing the resolution by the Constitutional Club to sell its premises, dated 1905.

10. Letter concerning a payment made to a recruit in the 29th Foot in 1850, the letter dated 1857.
