Includes a draft itinerary; a letter from the Duke's Equerry thanking the Mayor for the hospitality shown, mounted on card; five professional black and white photos: two of the inspection of the troops in the Guard of Honour by the war memorial outside the Cathedral; two of the Duke being handed the flag during the ceremony led by the Dean of the Cathedral and one of three Council officials in ceremonial dress, possibly macebearers/ swordbearers or Mayor during the procession from the Guildhall to the Cathedral, with someone watching in a doorway in the background.
