DescriptionGives the programme for the opening ceremony, the boundary route walked by the different perambulation parties and the names of those in each party, and the script to be followed when beating the boys at the boundary post. With a list of charters granted to the city listed in the back of the booklet. With a photograph of Party No. 12 posing with the adults standing and the boys sitting in front, facing slightly away from the photographer, with trees and bushes behind them. The initials of the adults have been written in pencil on the front of the photograph.
