Lease of two tenements in the North Gate Street (one late in the occupation of Richard Jenkyn, another of William Lewes and another of Oliver Write), and two other tenements in Fish Street, in the occupation of William Harrison and William Cherne. For 58 Years at a rent of 40s 8d.

Parties (1) William Wheler of Worcester, weaver; and (2) William Collier of Worcester, tiler. Lease of premises (see document 3 above) (specifies 4 houses) for 51 years at a rent of 27s 8d.

Parties (1) Edward Barbour of Worcester, weaver; and (2) William Wheler, clothier. Bargain and sale of the following premises which (1) originally leased from Philip Colly of Evesham and Robert Sowthern of Toddenham, Gloucestershire, yeoman.
(a) 2 tenements on the North Gate Street, one in the tenure of Richard Jenkyns and the other of William Lewes, (b) one other tenement in the same street also in the tenure of Oliver Wrytte, (c) two other tenements in Fish Street, in the occupation of William Harris and William Cherne. Rent of 40s 8d.

Reciting document 3, above, lease of one barn of [blank] bays of housing and a sheathe at the end, newly erected, adjoining the house of (1) in Foregate Street. For 52 years at a rent of 8s.

Parties (1) Walter Chalice alias Gilles of Worcester, weaver; and (2) John Joyner of Worcester, day labourer. Lease of one piece of garden in Foregate Street near a barn now in the occupation of Mr Batchelor, High Alderman of Worcester, and adjoining a garden of William Hardyman, a close of Mistress Newdyke and the lane called St Elyns Lane. For 21 years at a rent of 4s 4d.

12 - 8 October 36 Elizabeth I [1594].
Parties (1) Thomas Simkox of St Helen's, walker; and (2) William Collier of St Nicholas, tiler. Lease of his house in the Foregate Street in St Nicholas parish in the occupation of William Sanford, weaver, and Walter Stainton, labourer. Bordered by houses of John Nussol, and let of Richard Davis, and stretching from he street to a close in the occupation of Mistress Newdick, widow. Consideration of 40s for 31 years at a rent of 20s.

Parties (1) Thomas Simcoxe of Worcester, walker; and (2) Thomas Walsgrave alias Fleete of Worcester. Reciting document 3 (above), consideration of £30 assignment of term, of lease for unexpired term. [Margery, late wife of Walter Chalice, now wife of (1)].

Bargain and sale of a messuage lately divided with several dwelings in Foriatt Street now in the occupation of (2) with power of attorney from (1) to Edward Readdinge and George Hancokes, clothier. Consideration £15 10s.

Parties (1) Mayor, aldermen and citizens of Worcester; and (2) William Farley of Worcester, clothier. Lease of messuage and garden in Foregate Street, St Nicholas parish, previously in the occupation of John Hole, deceased, between a tenent of John Poole and a messuage in occupation of Rowland Boys, stretching from the street to a garden of John Overbury. For 41 years as a rent of 25s with (2) spending not less than £20 within 2 years in new building and repair.
