Parties (1) Corporation of Worcester; and (2) John Yates of Stourport gentleman, assignee of Samuel Swan and Benjamin Glover of Mitton, executors of the will of Catherine Hook, widow, deceased, legal representative of William Hook, gentleman, late of Shrawley. Reciting a lease of 1798 to William and Catherine Hook. Counterpart of lease of premises (see document 1 above). Rent 41 years at 10s per annum.

Parties (1) Corporation of Worcester; and (2) Thomas Yates of Stourport, barge owner, assignee of John Yates of Stourport. Lease of premises (see document 1 above). Rent 41 years at 10s per annum.
