Release of 6 bullaries of saltwater in Upwich, for the relief of the poor of the City of Worcester, in satisfaction of an obligation of £1000 to John, Archbishop of Canterbury, to pay £500 to the relief of the poor and in performance of the godly intention of Joyce, wife of (1) and widow of Hugh Chandler.

Whereas Joyce, late wife of (3) and widow of Hugh Chandler of Worcester in her widowhood had the charitable desire to relieve the poor pf Worcester, and the meaner sort of cloth workers, Agreement as to the application of income desiring for 6 bullaries of saltwater of a yearly value of £63, including repair of Walsgrave almshouses (founded by the grandfather of (3)) distribution of £12 for the poor and loans to workers.
