3. orchard or garden with messuage and buildings adjacent to item 2, situated on west side of Hylton Road, known as 49 Hylton Road.
4. land with messuage and buildings on east side of Hylton Road, known as 60 Hylton Road, later bounded on north east by towing path, on on south east by Great Western Railway, on south west by Hylton Road. These buildings were later demolished, (possibly later no 76 Hylton Road).

Parties include: Ambrose William Knott, Thomas Lunn, William Booth Hulme, Finch family of Worcester City, Herbert Stokes of Worcester St John, builder, Edward Harrison of Worcester City, Leonard William Darke of Worcester City, timber haulage contractor.
