2 - 15 March 40 Eliz. I [1598]. Named individuals acting as 'indifferent persons and friends' for parties (1) William Hiccocks (2) William Freeman (3) Henry Chessoll (4) Thomas Yates, all being co-heirs of Alexander Stylband of Worcester. Partition and division of premises on Nylder [Needler] Street or [Ballam's Fyne] in the parish of St Helen, including a house known as 'the greate newe house] and a room and a bread shop and an old house with a cellar or Tavern now in the occupation of party (1).

3 - 28 March 2 Chas I [1626]. Parties (1) Richard Yate of Worcester, cooper and (2) William Taylor of Cropthorne, clerk, and John Smith of Cropthorne, yeoman. Bargain and sale of premises in Nilder alias Needler Street [Pump Street].

4 - 1 June 3 Anne [1704]. Parties (1) Elizabeth Yate, widow of James Yate, mercer, and Richard Yate of St Martin in the Field, Middlesex, gentleman and eldest son, and (2) Edmund Whitehead of St Andrew's, Holborn, London, and (3) Robert Walter of St Dustan's in the East, Middlesex. Deed to make a tenant to the precipe to suffer a recovery relating to a messuage in Needler Street alias Pump Street.

5a, b - 30 or 31 August 4 Anne [1705]. Parties (1) Elizabeth Yate of Worcester, widow, and Richard her son, and (2) Thomas Wylde of the Commandery, Worcester. Lease and release of a tenenant in Nedler otherwise Pump Street.

5c - Easter 2 Charles [1626]. Parties (1) Walter Taylor, clerk, and John Smith, yeoman, the querents and (2) Richard Yate and Alice his wife, the deforciants. Final conchird of messuage in the parish of St Helens [see document 3, above].

6 - 4 or 5 April 1726. Parties (1) Robert Dormer, esq, Justice of the Court of Common Pleas, and Thomas Wydle of the Commandery, Worcester, and (2) Mayor and Alderman of the City of Worcester. Lease and release of messuage in Needler or Pump Street in the parish of St Helen.
