Bundle 1 is labelled, in part, 'The Elms' and refers to 'a freehold Messuage pieces of land & premises containing 6 acres of land 33 perches'. Bundle 2 is unlabelled but relates to Lower Henwick House, offices, cottages and approximately 52 acres of land. Bundle 3 is labelled, in part, 'Henwick Grove Estate' and relates to three cottages in Henwick Road and 'Henwick Grove comprising 46.450 acres or thereabouts of land and No.s 10. 12 and 14 Comer Gardens Worcester'.
