Bundle came with note on brown paper reading "Old Title Deeds relating to No. 1 College Street, Worcester. Purchased from Persl Reps of Ephraim Cutler, deceased on 12th April 1935". Fire policy number 614042 for 1873 was in an envelope addressed "Messr's Cutler & Oliver, Hallow, Worcestershire".
