Parties include: Lovett family, William Phelps, Sargent family, Trustees of the Roads, Ann Gamidge, Dean and Chapter or Worcester Cathedral, Stable family, Cook family, Worcester Permanent Mutual Co-operative Benefit Building Society, Hilda Wigley, Henry Ward.

The 1797 assignment of lease from Gamidge to the Trustees of the Roads was originally wrapped in paper annotated "E.2. Deed relating to Property on the site of Road now College Street".
