DescriptionAnnual Returns of the insane, lunatics and idiots chargeable to Worcester Union. Very incomplete run with large gaps.

Details recorded vary, but include the name of the patient, age, sex, parish chargeable, where maintained, cost of maintenance, length of time maintained, type of mental infirmity, whether dangerous or dirty, length of time of unsound mind, and any other observations. For 1875 and 1882 there is also appears to be a roll taken from the admissions register of all pauper lunatics in the asylum, that gives fewer details.

1843 (with an extract from the quarterly abstract breaking down the costs of relieving indoor and outdoor paupers), 1856, 1866, 1867, 1871 (two copies, both quite badly damaged), 1873, 1874, 1875, 1880, 1882, 1883, 1884, 1885, 1886.
