Expenditure and income of the trustees, usually taxes and rents.

The volumes list the land and property leased by the City, giving leasees' names, basic terms of the lease and sometimes the property referred to. Although the first volume begins in 1702 there are details of leases from the mid-seventeenth century that had not yet expired.
